We ship worldwide

Al Noor now ships worldwide. Not every piece can be shipped to every destination — supplier freight lanes vary by product and country. Eligibility and the exact freight cost are confirmed at checkout: enter your address and we'll quote real carrier shipping and show a clear per-item notice if anything in your bag can't be delivered there. Australia remains our primary market, with the same flat-rate, free-over-threshold and delivery window that existing AU customers already know.

Shipping availability by destination

• Australia (domestic): all pieces are shippable Australia-wide. Standard delivery 8–15 business days; a flat shipping rate applies below the free-shipping threshold (free above it). Prices are AUD incl. GST and carrier quotes pass through at our real cost — no markup on freight.
• International destinations: shipping availability and freight are quoted live from the supplier's carrier for your specific country. If a piece can't be shipped to your destination (supplier or freight-lane limitation), it's flagged at checkout — remove it from your bag or change your destination to continue. No flat-rate fallback is offered for international orders, so the freight shown is always honest.
• Per-product exclusions: an individual product may list excluded destinations on its product page. Even when shipping to your country is generally available, that specific item will be blocked at checkout if your destination is on its exclusion list.
• If your order contains pieces prepared separately, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery timeframes

• Australia: 8–15 business days Australia-wide.
• International: varies by destination and carrier — the live quote shown at checkout lists the actual estimated window per option.
• Premium range: made-to-order pieces may take longer than the standard window.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also check the status of any order at any time from our Track an Order page.

Ordering for an event?

If you are ordering for a wedding, Eid, or any special occasion, please allow at least three weeks from your order date. At checkout you can tell us your event date — we'll show a clear warning if your items may not arrive in time and ask you to acknowledge the timing before placing your order.

Shipping cost

A flat shipping rate applies to orders under the free-shipping threshold. Orders that meet the threshold ship free. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.
