Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Not every piece can be shipped to every destination (it depends on the supplier's freight lanes), so shipping availability is confirmed at checkout. Enter your address, choose a destination, and we'll show real carrier freight and a clear per-item notice if anything in your bag can't be delivered there. Australia remains our home market with the same flat-rate / free-over-threshold shipping as before.
How long does delivery take?
For Australia, standard delivery is typically 10–18 business days; an estimate is shown on each product. International delivery varies by destination and carrier — the live quote at checkout lists the actual estimated window per option. You receive tracking once dispatched. Some pieces ship in separate parcels when prepared separately.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached, in original packaging. Please contact care@alnoor.com.au with your order number to begin a return; refunds are handled by our accounts team at accounts@alnoor.com.au. Some made-to-order prestige pieces are final sale.
How do I find my size?
Use our Australian size guide (AU 6–24) with bust, waist, hip and length in centimetres. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed modest drape. See the Size Guide page linked from every product.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal through our secure Stripe checkout. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Do you offer free shipping?
A flat $0.00 shipping fee applies to all Australian orders. International orders are quoted at the real per-destination carrier rate (no flat-rate fallback, so what you see is what your shipping actually costs).
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track an Order page with your order number and email.
