Anonymous store analytics

To understand which pieces our customers love and to improve the store, we capture a small set of anonymous “commerce event” signals — when a product is viewed, a category is browsed, an item is added to the bag, checkout is started, and an order is placed. These events are anonymous and never linked to your name, email, account, or order record:

• A random identifier is generated and held only in your active browser tab (using the browser’ssessionStorage). It has no connection to your identity, persists for the duration of that single browsing session, and is cleared automatically when you close the tab or window. We use it solely to group page-level activity within one session; we do not use it to recognise you across visits.
• Geo location: your country is identified at the edge of our delivery network (Cloudflare) when your browser connects. Cloudflare performs this determination from your IP address as part of routine delivery and bot protection, and passes only the resulting two-letter country code to us. Our analytics never receives or stores your IP address.
• We record the type of device you visited on (desktop, tablet, or mobile) and, where present, the referrer that brought you to our store. These are derived automatically and are not personal data.

Cloudflare already receives your IP address as part of delivering this website, before any analytics occur. Our store analytics does not send your IP address anywhere additional, and we never receive or store it ourselves.

Activity by our admin users and known automated crawlers (such as search-engine bots) is excluded from these counts before they are stored. Everything captured here is used only to operate and improve Al Noor; we never sell, share, or trade this data.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details needed to fulfil your order and respond to your enquiry:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Postal and shipping address

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, access, or store your full card details. Card information is handled entirely by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.

How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders and provide order tracking.
• To send you order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal data.
